I would like to thank you for helping plan a terrific trip for my husband and I. All the arrangements were terrific. The drivers and guides were fantastic. The tours were exceptional. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The backdrop of Patagonia helped!! The cruise was first rate. Thank you for everything.

We had an outstanding time! Accommodations were clean, comfortable and excellent overall. These hotels served delicious, mostly local fare with a gourmet flair. We ate about half the time in the hotel and enjoyed each meal. Hotel staff helped us with travel logistics, printing boarding passes for flights, organizing hikes and side trips and were extremely friendly and fluent in English. (My Spanish is spotty.) The local guides were also outstanding…friendly, fluent and fun! Each day was a different favorite and varied enough to be exciting. We had timely transfers and flights and always felt the local company had our backs. It was a pleasure planning the trip with you and the results were grand! The only suggestions would be to have bottled water free and more accessible at some of the hotels and a little glitch getting boarding passes in Torres but it all worked out and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! The trip was amazing and very well organized. Traveling in Chile can be difficult because of the reliance on flights to get from one place to the next in such a long country. Transfers, flight times, and locations must all be accounted for. What makes this travel agency stand out above the rest is their experience with South America. They have been to Chile on numerous occasions and have first hand experience with the many different places to travel and hotels to stay. Everything was planned to the very last detail and the trip went without a flaw. Their knowledge of the region is extensive. The pre-trip information was also very well organized and informative. We traveled with 3 young children, so it was reassuring to know we were in good hands. I would use this company again without hesitation if traveling in one of the countries they have expertise in.

I could go on and on about the trip! Every single part of it was perfect! Absolutely perfect! Thank you SO MUCH for planning what could be the best trip of our lives! It truly was a special adventure and Doug and I loved every second of our time there!!! We definitely would have been lost without your excellent itinerary! Thanks for taking great care of us on our trip and ensuring incredible service and adventures along the way!! FABULOUS!

What a wonderful experience! My 12 family members from aged 7-71 enjoyed the trip immensely. We especially enjoyed Espanola and Floredena. The wildlife and views on these islands were wonderful.The crew on the cruise ship was amazing! Our agent was extremely helpful in planning and attending to all the details of my family. He also helped us with a flight delay issue at the last minute late at night.

Thank you for the great trip you arranged for us. We had a great time. I will write more when I have my thoughts sorted our a bit better, but things went without any major glitches which is always a plus - and most importantly, we had a great time. The guides were to a high standard, and some were well above even the highest expectations.
