He was always quick to respond to my questions and helped my boyfriend and I have an amazing experience in Chile. Our agent was able to give us all that we wanted out of our trip and able to work with us on our time frame and budget. The trip in and of itself was amazing and everything was taken care of, all we had to do was show up at a given time. Having never used a travel agent before I was a bit skeptical, however our agent and this travel company definitely changed my mind and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to travel to Chile or anywhere in South America.
